Montana photographer, John H. Warner, records the life and land to which he is connected through family, work, and art. A self-taught photographer who has been involved in making images since boyhood. John’s work is exclusively in black and white. Many are hand-colored or manipulated with color. These hand-colored images have become the signature work for which he is becoming well known. The subject of his work focuses on rural Montana, rodeos and ranch life. These seemingly ordinary events are given a new perspective from his camera lens.
